Referral Program Policy

1. Eligibility for Commissions

Commissions are earned when a referred customer completes a qualifying purchase. A "qualifying purchase" must meet the following criteria:

• The customer must be a new customer with no prior successful payments on ChooseReview.
• The customer must have clicked your referral link (cookie is valid for 30 days) OR used your custom referral coupon code at checkout.
• Self-referrals (referring your own business) do not qualify for commission.

2. Commission Calculation

You will earn a percentage (typically up to 15%) of the final order value paid by the referred customer, excluding taxes and shipping costs (where applicable).

• Subscriptions: Commission is only paid on the first successful subscription payment. Renewals or subsequent plan changes do not generate further commissions.
• Physical QR Stands: Commission is calculated on the final amount paid. If the customer chooses Cash on Delivery (COD), the commission is only generated once the order is successfully delivered and marked as paid.

3. Holding Period & Withdrawals

To protect against fraudulent transactions and returns, all earned commissions are subject to a holding period.

• Digital Subscriptions: Commissions become available for withdrawal 7 days after the payment is successfully completed.
• Physical Stands (Prepaid & COD): Commissions become available 14 days after the item is delivered (7-day holding period + 7-day return window).
• Minimum Withdrawal: You must accrue a minimum of ₹100 in your Available balance before you can request a withdrawal.

4. Refunds and Adjustments (Clawbacks)

If a referred customer receives a refund (partial or full) or returns a physical product, the associated commission will be adjusted.

• If the commission is still in the "Pending" state, it will be fully reversed and will not become available.
• If the commission has already been paid out to you, a negative adjustment will be applied to your account, which will be deducted from your future commission earnings.

5. Payouts

Approved withdrawals will be processed and transferred to your registered bank account via RazorpayX. Payouts are typically processed within 5-7 business days of the request. Ensure your bank details are correct in your partner dashboard to avoid delays.
